Terms of service

The parties

These terms are between Cleocure Lifesciences Private Limited (“Mr Sales”, “we”) and the company that signs up for Mr Sales (“the customer”). Governing law and courts: To confirm.

The service

Mr Sales is a field force app for phones and a web console for managers and office staff. Which modules the customer can use depends on its plan.

Accounts

There is no public sign-up. We create the customer’s company and invite its owner. The customer decides who else gets a login and what each login can see, and is responsible for what its users do in the service.

Plans, fees and trials

Mr Sales is priced per field seat. The plan, price, billing cycle and number of seats are set out in the customer’s order. Prices shown on this website are samples until confirmed. Trials end on the date stated for the plan. Payment terms, taxes and late payment: To confirm.

The customer’s data

Ownership of customer data, export on request, and what happens to the data when the customer leaves:To confirm. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

What the customer and its users may not do with the service: To confirm.

Availability and support

Support is by email at support@mrsales.in. Service levels, maintenance windows and response times: To confirm.

Liability, suspension and ending the agreement

We can suspend a company’s access; when we do, its logins stop seeing its data. The grounds for suspension, notice periods, limits of liability and termination: To confirm.
