The evening review, and everything behind it.

What needs attention, what each rep did, and what is waiting for a decision, for exactly the people each login is allowed to see.

Who does what in the office.

A login for each office colleague.
Owner, admin, HR, IT, finance and management roles, each with a scope: own, team, territory, region or company.
Decisions have one owner.
A rep’s direct manager decides their requests. Owner, admin and HR can step in when that manager is away.
Every decision is on record.
Approvals keep who decided and when. The audit log keeps who changed what in the console.
Pay is not a manager matter.
Payslips are visible to the employee and to the owner, admin, HR and finance roles only.

Built the way your company is organised.

Regions, territories, managers and reps, set up once. Every login then sees the part of the company its scope allows, and nothing else.

See it as

1 of 20 people. A rep sees their own calls, orders and claims. (Sai Kiran Reddy, scope: own)

5 of 20 people. An area manager sees their own work and everyone who reports to them, however deep the lines go. (Ravi Teja Varma, scope: team)

15 of 20 people. A regional login sees every territory in its region. (Telangana, scope: region)

20 of 20 people. The owner, and office roles set to company scope, see everyone. (Owner, scope: company)

Filled: visible to the login you picked. Sample organisation. Scopes available: own, team, territory, region and company.
Your names for your roles.
Call them MR and ASM, or anything else. Designations are set per company.
Reporting lines are dated.
A move to a new manager is recorded, not overwritten, and a regional layer can be added later without starting over.
Pay stays private.
Payslips are visible to the employee and to the owner, admin, HR and finance roles. A manager sees the team’s work, not the team’s pay.
Walled off from every other company.
Every record carries its company, and the database itself filters each request to the caller’s company and scope.

From an invitation to the first day plan.

Setup happens in the console, as a checklist that knows what is done and keeps the order the work has to happen in.

Before the checklist

We set up your company and email the owner an invitation.

There is no public sign-up. The owner sets their own password; nobody at Mr Sales ever knows it.

  1. Name the roles in your company

What you call your field people, and what you call whoever approves their day. The role decides which version of the app each person opens.

    Done
  2. Give your office accessOptional

HR, IT or finance colleagues each get their own login, with only what their job needs.

    Done
  3. Set up your geography

Regions, territories inside them, and areas inside those. People and clients are both placed in them.

    Done
  4. Add your managers

They approve their team’s day plans, tour plans, leave and expenses on the manager app. Added first, so reps have somebody to report to.

    Done
  5. Add your field people

Role, territory, area and reporting manager, chosen as each person is added.

    Done
  6. Check everybody reports to somebody

The console points out anyone with no manager, because their leave and claims would reach submitted and stop.

    Done
  7. Give them phone logins

Each person is emailed their company code, employee ID and a link to choose their own password.

    Done

After it

The first day plan goes in.

Reps sign in with the code and ID from their email, change the starting password, and the day starts on the phone.

In the console.

The modules the office works in, switched on per company.

Commerce

Orders and the numbers they add up to.

  • Orders

Booked at the counter with discount, free units and GST worked out per line, then approved.

  • Products

The catalogue with MRP, PTS and GST.

  • Stock

Batches at each stockist, with expiry dates.

  • Targets and sales

Targets assigned by month, and primary and secondary sales against them.

Team and control

How the office runs the field.

  • Approvals

One queue for expenses, orders, tour plans and leave.

  • Attention

Exceptions ranked by urgency, each with the reason and the next step.

  • Tasks

Work a manager hands to a rep, with a due date.

  • Chat

Team conversations, with a location shared when it helps.

  • Resources

Visual aids, price lists and policies published to every phone.

  • Complaints

Raised at the clinic and followed up in the console.

  • Audit log

Who changed what in the console, and when.

Bring us one real field day.
